Almost all orders are sent via one of Royal Mail's services, but from time to time an alternative carrier might be used for bulkier or heavier parcels, or if there are any advance known/expected Royal Mail delays or strike action.

- ECONOMY (approx 3-5 days) 2nd Class SIGNED FOR, available for all orders: £4.45
- ECONOMY (approx 5-7 days) for orders over £100: FREE

PLEASE NOTE: All orders over £30 are sent by a Signed For delivery service.
For orders over £100, delivery is free of charge, via an economy service, with approximately 5-7 days delivery, but if you need it faster (approximately 1-2 days), there is an option to upgrade to a speedier service for £4.95.
I go to great lengths to have almost all orders in the post the same day, but every now and then an order might not be despatched until the following day, particularly if it's been placed late in the day.
Next Day Delivery: If you really need your order to arrive the next day, please give me a ring on 01843 600023. I'll need to weigh your order so I can let you know prices for Royal Mail's Special Delivery services and I'll be able to confirm whether everything you need is in stock and that there's time for your order to be prepared and posted before the last postal collection of the day. I'll always do my utmost to accommodate urgent orders.

If Royal Mail has been unable to deliver, please arrange re-delivery or collection from your local delivery office as soon as possible, as Royal Mail will only hold your parcel for one week. If it's not collected within that time, it'll be returned here and you'd have to pay another delivery charge to have it re-sent.
Please also ensure that you provide the correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel's returned undelivered, due to a wrong or or incomplete address (or due to non-collection of a parcel after a failed delivery), I'm afraid a further delivery charge would be payable to re-send the parcel and the original delivery charge wouldn't be refundable in these circumstances.
