PLACING AN ORDER
(including help with the Checkout process and ways to pay)
Valid contact details: When ordering, please ensure you provide at least one valid telephone contact number and a valid e-mail address so that we can confirm acceptance of your order and to notify you when your order has been despatched. Occasionally, we may need to contact you to discuss your order, for example, if any stock availability issues affect you, so please do provide a telephone number we can reach you on if we do need to speak to you about your order for any reason.. This will ensure we can avoid any unnecessary delays in despatching your parcel. Don't worry - we won't pass your number to any other parties or pester you with unsolicited sales calls!
Sensitive skin: As with any product, it's not possible to 100% guarantee against any skin, or other, adverse reaction, simply because everyone's different. However, our organic products offer the purest options for sensitive, delicate or eczema/allergy-prone skin and therefore minimise the likelihood of this. We do have customers who buy our toys specifically to address allergies and skin sensitivities and who have reported great success stories with the organic toys and the skincare products we stock.
Age appropriate: Each toy's description will show an age suitability. The majority of our toys are suitable from birth, but there are some which aren't, so please do check this information to ensure you're happy with suitability of the toy in this respect.
Tags and packaging: Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before removing any tags, labels or manufacturers' packaging.
Anti-fraud: Our payment processing companies have procedures in place to automatically cancel an order if their anti-fraud detection systems have reason to suspect a transaction is fraudulent. As strongly advised by all payment facility providers, we take precautions to protect cardholders and ourselves against fraudulent transactions. In keeping with payment facility providers' anti-fraud guidelines, we may ask for proof of ID, address and/or signature, including (and quite likely) for overseas orders, or if we have reason to suspect a transaction may have been made without the cardholder's knowledge or permission. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we have reason to suspect a fraudulent transaction.
For orders to INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS, please see our Request for Overseas Delivery page, before placing your order. Please note that for overseas orders, we would usually only be able to deliver to the cardholder's billing address.
You can place your order securely on-line using all major debit cards and credit cards, through WorldPay, Paypal or Google Wallet (formerly called Google Checkout). Paypal: Please note that if you would like to pay by Paypal, you need to initially select the WorldPay option as your payment method in the Checkout area.
To order a product, just click on Add to Basket (remembering to change the quantity if you want to order more than one). You will then be taken to your online Shopping Basket which will contain the item(s) you've selected. You'll then have the clickable button options to either Continue Shopping or to Proceed to Checkout. You'll notice that there's a facility in this area to register with us, which will enable you place future orders more quickly and to keep track of your order history, but this is entirely optional. When you're ready to move on to the Checkout area, look for the following box, on the lower right side of the page, to select your payment method:

By telephone (UK orders only):
||Order online and pay via Worldpay: This will take you to Worldpay's secure payment pages. No registration for this payment option is required - simply pay with your normal credit or debit card (American Express is accepted). Also click on the Worldpay button if you'd like to pay by Paypal.
||Order online and pay via Google Wallet (formerly Google Checkout): The "Buy with Google" button will take you to Google Wallet secure payment pages. If you aren't already registered with Google Wallet or Google Checkout, Google will require you to register your details with them, the first time you use this service. If you are already registered, you'll just need to log in to your Google Wallet/Checkout account to pay with your normal credit or debit card.
||Place your order online, but pay by telephone: This option is for cardholders with a UK card billing address only. If you'd prefer to submit your order and delivery details online, but you'd rather not make an online payment, click on this button. This will enable you to select the items for your order yourself and advise us of the details of your incoming order, with the option to pay by telephone. Please note that we don't despatch any orders until cleared payment has been received.
For telephone orders, you can either enter your all your order details online and then call us on 01843 600023 to make your payment over the telephone or alternatively, you can just phone us with all your order and payment details. Telephone payments are also processed by WorldPay. Please don't email us your card information as this isn't a secure form of sending sensitive information and please be assured that we never write down or record your card details. We enter them directly into Worldpay's secure online system and we don't have any way of recalling those details.
By post (UK orders only):
Streamline notified us that from 30 June 2011 the UK Cheque Guarantee Scheme would be closing and cheques would not be guaranteed. We are therefore no longer able to accept cheques. This means that postal orders are now the only method of payment which can be used for orders made by post but as the Post Office charge for issuing postal orders, we strongly recommend ordering either via the website and/or paying by telephone, to avoid the cost of a postal order. If you would like to pay by postal order, please contact us first.
Please don’t send cash through the post!
From time to time, an item may be out of stock, particularly around busy times like Christmas. If you order a toy which isn’t in stock, we’ll contact you to see if you’re happy to wait for it, or whether you’d prefer to choose an alternative, or cancel all, or part, of your order.
Often, our organic toys and organic skincare products come back into stock very quickly but as many of the toys are hand made (and some are made to our order), sometimes there can be a longer delay. Please feel free to telephone us prior to ordering, if you’d like to check stock availability, or if a product is stated as out of stock, as it may be expected to be available again imminently.
