Ordering Info

This is just a quick, at-a-glance guide to the most basic queries you might have about placing an order.  

• Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 and covers mainland UK and Northern Ireland only.  We post almost all UK orders using Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Delivery, which should take 1-2 postal days to arrive (most orders do arrive the next working day but this is not guaranteed).  This is currently under review, following changes to Royal Mail's pricing structure and significantly increased charges.

• All orders, to all destinations, must be signed for at the delivery address.  We do not deliver to hotels or similar establishments where parcels might not reach the addressee.

• We deliver to most countries worldwide but there is an extra cost for overseas deliveries.  Please use our Overseas Delivery Costs form before placing an order which is for delivery to an international address.

• Returns and exchanges must be returned in a good and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt (conditions apply).
